Working out is one of my most favorite things to do for myself. I use it as a stress reliever when I’ve had a bad week, or even just my me time for the day! But just like anyone else, sometimes I don’t feel motivated to get my hiney off the couch and go! So in this post I am going to give y’all a list of things to do (or not to do) to accomplish your fitness goals, and i’ll share my must haves for working out!
HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS
1// Dont set unrealistic expectations for yourself.
2// Set long-term goals for yourself, and use short-term goals to achieve them.
3// Do not, I repeat DO NOT compare yourself or your progress to others.
4// GET UP AND GO!!!
5// Accountability is good.
6// If nothing else, walk at least 30 minutes a day.
7// Drink a lot of water.
8// Always remember its okay to treat yourself!!
9// Real authentic motivation comes from a real and authentic desire to want to change your lifestyle.
Okay I will admit, working out is SOOO much better when you look fashionable doing so…so with that being said there a few things that I must have when working out and here they are!
